I just bought one and tried it Absolutely rubbish it cost me £9 for one from ASDA it didn’t cut with ease it felt like it was pulling at the hair rather than cutting it I would not recommend

Didn’t get what was promised in the trial. Told would resolve but the sent the wrong item. No communication emails unanswered. Not a great intro and won’t be taking up the sub…if you can’t be great on joining what chance once your signed up. Update..customer service been really good eventually so I may give a try and put it down to a stated backlog
