The glasses' normal appearance has also raised fears of covert filming in public spaces, prompting warnings from universities and regulatory attention in multiple markets.
However, this controversy is largely absent from the Amazon review data. Only a small fraction of reviews mention camera or recording in any context, and none raise privacy concerns directly. I am thoroughly impressed with these. The battery life meets my expectations, allowing for half a day of music listening without issue. The sound quality exceeded my expectations, and the live translation is a standout feature. Translate any language directly into your ears.
These glasses are excellent. The design is sleek and premium, very comfortable to wear, and the quality feels top-tier. The smart features are smooth and practical, making them perfect for everyday use. Stylish, modern, and absolutely worth it.
Stylish and work great honestly. Love them. Helped my issue with needing walk-through videos of the jobs I do. Being hands-free for my work is a complete game changer.
Extremely poor quality. These broke within 1 year of purchase. The arm of the glasses simply snapped off as I was putting it on my head, which also broke all the electronics inside. No warranty offered, no option for repairs.
After 4 months one of the speakers stopped working. The warranty on Amazon is just 3 months so they don't do anything. Also the Ray-Ban webpage didn't help because I bought it on Amazon. They just offered $10 off for another pair. That's ridiculous.
Meta AI doesn't work outside of specific regions. I live in El Salvador. I tried using a VPN, creating a US account, but nothing worked. They should make it very clear before purchase that this product is only fully functional in certain countries.
I love and hate these. I never thought I would like open-ear buds but these things are great as headphones. On the downside, the recording angle is very left-biased. When you hold your hand up to record, you'd expect the camera to be in the middle of the glasses, but it's very far to the left. Takes getting used to.
Return the item because it's big on me. Until now I'm still waiting for the refund, almost 3 weeks. The refund process through Amazon for this product has been extremely slow and frustrating.
