This is the first time I have ordered HCD shoes through their own website amd unfortunately the last. I have ordered them through different suppliers and had much better customer service. It took almost a week for my order to process before shipping which to me for the cost isn’t great. I emailed customer services who never replied until I commented on their social media. Unfortunately I need to return them and I have to email for a returns label, I feel like if this is the case it should be done pretty quickly but I still haven’t had the label. Regarding the shoes a lot of faithful customers have said the sizing has changed and I see what they mean. I bought the 6 and 7, the 6 I couldn’t wedge my foot in and the 7 fit perfectly except I kept walking out of them. If I buy again it will be from a different supplier.
