Creating Dashboards
Build your personalized view of customer experience data
What is Dashboard?
The Dashboard brings all your reports together in one place, making it easier to track performance across multiple metrics at a glance. Instead of navigating between different reports, you can now create a customized view that displays all your key insights on a single page.
Key Features
- Add reports you have already created and monitor them on a single page
- Set custom date ranges for the data you want to view
- Resize widgets by choosing how many columns each report will take
- Organize your most important metrics for quick access
This is only the beginning. We will continue improving the Dashboard with more interactivity and new visualization options based on user feedback.
How to Create a Dashboard
Login to your Alterna CX account at https://revelio.alternacx.com/
Navigate to the Dashboard section from the main menu.
Click "Add Widget" or the plus icon to start adding reports to your dashboard.
Select from your existing reports to add them as widgets on your dashboard.
Arrange and resize your widgets to create the perfect layout for monitoring your data.
Customize Widgets
Each widget on your dashboard can be customized to fit your specific needs. You have full control over the size and position of every report on your dashboard.
Resize Widgets
Choose how many columns each report will take on your dashboard. Make important metrics larger and supporting data smaller to create the perfect layout.
Drag and Drop
Rearrange widgets by dragging them to new positions. Create a layout that matches your workflow and puts the most important information where you need it.
Real-Time Updates
All widgets update automatically based on the date range you select, ensuring you always see the most relevant data for your analysis.
Set Date Range
The Dashboard allows you to set a custom date range that applies to all widgets at once. This makes it easy to compare performance across different time periods without having to adjust each report individually.
Click on the date selector at the top of your dashboard.
Choose from preset options (Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last quarter, etc.) or select a custom date range.
All widgets on your dashboard will automatically update to reflect the selected time period.
Pro Tip
Use the date range selector to quickly analyze trends during specific campaigns, seasonal periods, or after major changes to your product or service.
