Alterna CX is Named as a Promising Vendor in the CX Marketplace in Gartner’s Market Guide for Voice-of-the-Customer Applications
We are pleased to announce that Alterna CX has been named as a Promising Vendor in the CX Marketplace in Gartner’s Market Guide for Voice-of-the-Customer Applications.
Gartner states that “Voice of the Customer (VoC) capabilities are needed to provide an outside-in view of customer experience (CX). Without these capabilities, it is difficult to quantify customer sentiment and perceptions, identify improvement opportunities, understand the customer journey and measure the impact of CX projects. VoC insight also helps to prioritize actions that elevate strategic customer ambition in areas such as retention and revenue growth”.
According to the report, “there are more than 1,000 vendors that offer some feedback capability,” and “of these many hundreds of vendors, only 100 or so show potential to move beyond their current scope and provide a comprehensive view of the VoC. Of these 100 or so vendors, Gartner sees around 30 leading the way, based on their vision and technology.”
