Once connected, social media comments can be reviewed, analyzed, and added to your reports and dashboards together with your other data sources. This creates a complete view of customer feedback across all channels.
Connect Instagram
The Instagram integration allows you to collect and analyze comments from any public Instagram post in seconds. Simply paste the post URL and Alterna CX will automatically retrieve all comments for analysis.
Navigate to the Integrations section in your Alterna CX dashboard.
Select Instagram from the available social media integrations.
Copy the URL of the Instagram post you want to analyze.
Paste the URL into the Instagram integration screen.
Click "Connect Apps" and your comments will be ready for analysis.
Connect Reddit
With the Reddit integration, you can analyze comments and discussions from any Reddit post. This is particularly useful for understanding community feedback and sentiment around your brand or products.
Navigate to the Integrations section in your Alterna CX dashboard.
Select Reddit from the available social media integrations.
Copy the URL of the Reddit post you want to analyze.
Paste the URL into the Reddit integration screen.
Click "Connect Apps" to start collecting and analyzing comments.

Paste the URL into the TikTok integration screen.
