The latest version of Alterna CX: Ada is now live!

Over the past couple of months, we’ve been improving experience analytics and machine learning capabilities for our customers.   

Today, our latest innovation, Ada, is live! 

Ada is inspired by Ada Lovelace, an English mathematician. She has been called the first computer programmer for her work on the mechanical general-purpose computer: the Analytical Engine.  She was the first to recognize that the machine had applications beyond pure calculation and created the first algorithm to be carried out by such a machine.

With Ada, we are introducing cutting edge analytics functionalities for Customer Experience managers and C-Suite to maximize the return on Customer Experience.

How does Ada help CX leaders?

Ada brings several improvements and new functionalities to Alterna CX.  To name a few: 

  • NPS Drivers Model: Predict which experiences has the most impact on your business metrics such as NPS, churn or revenue. Like the Analytical Engine of Ada Lovelace, our driver model has implications beyond just reflecting on the given data in the present as it provides future insights on how changing experiences of customers would impact your business metrics.
  • Simulation Model: Conduct “what-if” analysis and simulate impact of CX improvements on future NPS scores. The simulation model allows you to view three different timeframes. Your current, previous and predicted score. CX managers can run analysis for journeys, products and channels in a single screen.
  • Text Analytics Topic Models: Categorize any customer comment faster, analyze holistically and turn text comments into actions with our ready-to-use NLP (Natural Language Processing) models including Social Media based Intent detection, an enhanced Retail and E-Commerce Model as well as Emotion Model.
