  • Collect and analysis market information, define existing market target groups and be the expert on competition

  • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates the product in the market

  • Formulate the specification of new features based on available technology, components and existing market situation in order to have new solutions available on short term

  • Translate a general product plan into clear detailed product specifications for development

  • Develop sustainable relationships with customers and partners by triggering an effective and profound dialogue with a win-win mindset to circulate customer success and drive growth

  • Identify problems in a product or a proposition based on close monitoring of the performance and comes up with solutions that can mitigate the issues collaborating with relevant teams

  • Support and train sales team including customer onboarding, visit and training

  • Own and create content (data sheets, infographics, product briefs, brochures, user guides, web content, presentations, sales documentation, product videos) to articulate the benefits of the product

About you

  •  Bachelor’s degree is required in a technical field such as engineering or related areas

  • 5+ years of experience in connecting the marketing & sales with product management functions

  • 1+ years in market/customer facing operations: B2B, and B2C – different go-to-market models

  • High level of English fluency (will work with international clients)

  • History of working with tech teams is a plus

  • Analytical and conceptual thinking

  • Ability to translate technical information to non-technical content

  • Bachelor’s degree is required in a technical field such as engineering or related areas
