We are looking for a strong team player who will join our growing organization to influence the culture and help build our brand.


  • Assist in designing and coordination of CRM campaigns for customer activation and revenue growth
  • Find and identify the best set of customers for smart campaign targeting
  • Report and analyze the performance of growth actions
  • Assist in designing and implement persona specific customer journeys
  • Prepare weekly updates and report to track growth and success rates of marketing initiatives
  • Stay up to date on current social trends and provide recommendations accordingly
  • Research trends, tactics, and more that relate to Alterna CX’s core audience
  • Gather information on competitors, their products and marketing activities
  • Research and support implementation of growth hacking tools for marketing operation

About you

  • Currently in 3rd or 4th-year of an undergraduate program
  • Able to work 3 days a week
  • Excellent command of English
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Understanding of CRM and analytics tools (i.e., Hubspot and Google Analytics)
  • Work effectively both independently and as a part of a team
  • Passion for technology and marketing
