About the job

We’re looking for motivated team players to join us in revolutionizing customer experience management. As part of our team, you’ll be responsible for building CI/CD pipelines, developing workflows, and enhancing current deployment and operational infrastructure processes.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and monitor Alterna CX products and applications
• Keep up Linux and Windows servers remain up-to-date
• Collaborate with other Alterna teams on client projects, supporting the entire project lifecycle from installation to go-live and maintenance phases
• Develop maintainable and robust CI/CD pipeline infrastructure using Jenkins or other suitable alternatives
• Install, manage, and monitor Kubernetes clusters

About you

• 1+ years of experience
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux environments
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift
• Familiarity with Jenkins or other CI/CD automation build and deployment systems
• Proficient with web servers especially Windows IIS
• Skilled in scripting languages (e.g., BASH, Python, etc.)
• Experience with Azure Cloud environment is highly advantageous
• Ability to work effectively in an agile team environment and contribute as a team player
