About the job
We are looking for a motivated teammate to participate in the creation of new products and features, from the idea stage to launch. You should combine a technical background with a business administration or UX discipline. Imagine developing a product where you are literally the main persona, driving its success and ensuring it meets user needs and market demands.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop Experience Management products that address market gaps and enhance customer satisfaction
- Gather and analyze product requirements, prioritize feature implementations, and improve the overall user experience.
- Coordinate with the engineering department to deliver product features
- Facilitate biweekly sprint planning meetings
- Conduct research to identify customer needs and market gaps
- Propose product enhancements to improve user experience
- Monitor and report on user reactions post-launch
- Create support and training documents for internal and external users
- Perform quality assurance controls in collaboration with the quality team according to user stories or feature analysis
About you
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any other engineering discipline
- Professional-level written and verbal communication skills in both English and Turkish
- Previous experience with web-based B2B products
- Strong passion for detailed feature design and problem-solving
- Familiarity with market research, consumers behavior, and marketing techniques
- Proficient in using project management tools such as Jira or Trello
- Knowledge of Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
