Our Home Furnishing & Sleep Consultant was fabulous. She offered excellent advice without being pushy and was able to offer suggestions for old furniture removal. In addition, I appreciate that Raymour & Flanigan is able to work around our schedule for furniture installation.

Topic: Delivery Process

I got a sectional delivered but they left the pieces unconnected. I called and asked if that’s included in the delivery and they said it should be and they’ll send someone out later to assemble it. They came back a few days later and put the pieces together but the pieces are not flush. The sectional and delivery was not cheap. Can anything get done right?
